Project Strategy

Sunset Hill Elementary was the first completed project for the designer, Piper Pittman. The design firm, MA+, is know for their colorful but cost effective designs. The partnership between Mustang Public Schools, CADE Construction, MA+, and us has been successful on many project over many years so Sunset Hill was no exception.

Each corridor had a specific color scheme which was portrayed through wall tile, carpet tile, and LVT. Public spaces encompassed all the colors in seemingly random patterns. We provided precise shop drawings to ensure Piper's exact vision came to life. Products used: Milliken carpet tile including custom logo walk off carpet, J&J Flooring LVT, DalTile Wall Tile, Altro Safety Sheet, Gerflor Sports Flooring, Roppe Rubber base and stair treads, UZIN floor prep, and FloorRight software.

Our installation crews worked meticulously and quickly to help get this project completed for the 2025-2026 school year.
