Project Strategy

This was a CAD $2.5-3 Million dollar flooring contract for a retirement community/long-term care facility located about 45 minutes from our location. The largest challenge was the vast number of flooring & tile SKUs and also the large volume of welded and flash coved sheet vinyl which requires lots of specialized installation skills. Despite these challenges the project was delivered on time and on budget. The design-forward retirement community/LTC resembles a space more akin to a boutique hotel than a traditional retirement/long-term care home.
