The flooring strategy reinforces Spartan identity while creating a modern, durable learning environment where every student feels energized and inspired. A navy and white palette anchors the design, with selective accent colors enhancing wayfinding and activating collaboration zones. Integrated graphics, floor patterns, and visual cues further express the design intent and align with the District’s broader vision. All materials were selected for longevity, durability, cleanability, and strong visual cohesion across flooring systems and adjacent building elements.

To maintain the project budget, the design incorporates thoughtful value engineered solutions including a balance of standard and custom carpet tile, reduced accent flooring in targeted areas, strategic placement of premium materials, and modular layouts that minimize installation waste. These strategies uphold the desired aesthetic and performance goals while supporting long term operational efficiency.
