This nine-story, 320,000 square-foot headquarters, designed by M Moser Associates, demanded a flooring strategy that perfectly manifested the client's values: academic rigor and quiet sophistication. The flooring was not a mere finishing touch, but a core component of the design’s innovative “plug-and-play” modular system.

Selection was driven by the necessity for supreme acoustical performance and durability, directly reinforcing the design mandate to "put people first." We meticulously installed materials that dampen foot traffic and ambient noise, creating the non-distracting, high-focus environment essential for a top-tier financial firm. The selection of understated, high-quality finishes also reinforced the client's preference for substance over show.

The true client benefit is long-term operational agility. By flawlessly integrating the flooring into the modular plan, we helped future-proof the space. This means rooms can change function via simple furniture updates, not disruptive, costly construction, ensuring the workplace evolves efficiently. The project's uniqueness was defined by its sheer scale (nine contiguous floors), the midstream strategic reset led by M Moser, and the integrated design process informed by advanced tools like daylight modeling and CFD analysis. Our installation demanded absolute precision across all floors to support the seamless transitions and sophisticated finishes required by the data-driven design.
