Project Entry: A Kaleidoscope of Color and Precision
This project was a thrilling collaboration that pushed the boundaries of what commercial flooring can achieve! It all began when a local designer brought us a visionary hand-sketch of overlapping geometric shapes, challenging us to turn her studio floor into a bold, living work of art. To capture the high-energy, "shiny" aesthetic she was dreaming of, we turned to Armstrong Standard Excelon VCT. With an incredible palette of 18 different vibrant colors, we were able to perfectly replicate the complex layers of her original drawing, creating a floor that absolutely pops with personality!

The execution was just as exciting as the design itself. To guarantee that every intricate curve and overlapping line was flawless, we utilized state-of-the-art waterjet cutting technology. This allowed us to achieve a level of surgical precision that brought the designer’s sketch to life with stunning accuracy. The final result is a breathtaking, high-shine masterpiece that has completely transformed the studio. The designer is incredibly proud of the installation, seeing the finished floor as a true, vibrant reflection of her unique artistic soul.
