Project Strategy

The All Makes TI project is located in Lincoln's emerging Telegraph District. All Makes is a growing full-service office furniture and technologies company with multiple locations in Nebraska and Iowa. They also offer planning and design services to provide turn-key projects to their customers. This project was completed to deliver a new showroom and office environment for All Makes' growing business. This fast-paced project involved transforming a multi-level, unoccupied shell space within a mixed-use building into a functional and visually compelling workplace.

Partnering closely with Ironhide Construction, Innerspace Studio, Mohawk, and the All Makes in-house design team, we installed quality materials that aligned with All Makes’ design vision while staying within their budget. Utilizing multiple Mohawk products we were able to create unique spaces for the customer's display needs. The team worked together to create a clean, refined look on the stairway, while eliminating the need for a stair nosing with the use of a custom broadloom to match the showroom carpet tile. Teamwork, dedication and attention to detail lead to a quality finished space, delivered on schedule to our customer.
