Project Strategy

Another outstanding healthcare project for the books! This New 290,000sft, 2-Story Hospital Facility located in Portage La Prairie was a fast track project recently completed with PCL Construction and FT3 Architecture for Southern Health, in Manitoba, Canada.

The NFCA (National Floor Covering Association of Canada) was built into this specification, which promotes improving and maintaining industry standards across Canada, along with providing Third Party Inspectors to the Owner and Consultant to ensure a high quality and proper installation was performed.

We are very proud to be a member of good standing with NFCA, our team of installers meet and exceed the expectations of quality performance.
Very pleased to have worked with our Starnet partners, and a big shout out to Ardex with their support on the floor prep requirements for this project.

This facility having state of the art technology, was much needed for the surrounding areas with the fast growing populations happening in Manitoba.
