Project Strategy
Given the high-profile make-up of the resort's clientele, including celebrities, dignitaries and public figures, the client request the property name and address be held in strict confidence.
The flooring solution for this elite wellness resort necessiated intregation of the spirtual, dietary, wellness and rehabilitative programs in its desert setting. This mandate was two-fold; to reflect a neutral desert palette with sophisticated style and to provide excellent acoustic performance. It was imperative that administrative operations and high-traffic service corridors remain almost audibly invisible to guest engaging in meditation and wellness programs. This entry is a single phase (1st Phase) which includes the Bar Room and "Quiet Area" corridor with upcoming phases to take place in the first quarter of 2026.
Our Project Manager/In-house Designer specified Milliken Commercial Carpet Tiles from the Free-Flow and Color Field Collections. These selections offer an organic aesthetic along with superior functionality to acheive desired acoustics and ensure a tranquil environment. Our history and references with these products provided a comfort level to the management in regards to maintanence and wearability.
Our Project Manager and Field Supervisor along with resort staff implemented a stealth install strategy within an active and high security environment by shuffling the crew and adjusting work hours to accomodate the privacy of celebrity guest. The strategy was successful with zero compliants from guest and staff.
