Project Strategy
The Thomas George is a 60-unit residential tower that merges urban sophistication with regional heritage. Its architectural expression balances vertical elegance and contextual sensitivity, anchoring a prominent corner of the city with clean lines, articulated massing, and a distinctive presence on the skyline.
The design emphasizes transparency and rhythm through expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, offering sweeping views of Lake Coeur d’Alene, McEuen Park, and Tubbs Hill. Deep balconies and integrated planters animate the façade, creating a dynamic interplay of light, shadow, and texture. At street level, the building engages the pedestrian experience with a sculpted base that includes retail frontage and public realm enhancements, supporting the civic vitality of downtown.Residents benefit from a curated set of shared amenities that support a year-round lifestyle: a fitness facility with panoramic lake views, an indoor-outdoor swimming pool wrapped in glass, a golf simulator, and a landscaped rooftop terrace overlooking the marina. Interior layouts prioritize daylight, spatial efficiency, and seamless transitions between living, cooking, and entertaining zones.
