Project Strategy
Our project strategy was centered around designing a dynamic and functional office space for one of Canada's leading insurance companies, renowned for their extensive presence and long-standing relationships within the industry. The relocation to Espace Montmorency in Laval, a rapidly developing hub near Montreal, posed both exciting opportunities and unique challenges. The client required a solution that not only aligned with their evolving corporate culture but also accommodated their growing needs in a highly competitive market.
The design approach focused on creating an environment that fosters collaboration and innovation, while ensuring flexibility and scalability to support future growth. With over 25 years of partnership with the client, we leveraged our deep understanding of their business and priorities to deliver tailored solutions that reflected their brand values and operational requirements.
