"The Saltaire Apartments in Santa Rosa, Florida, are part of a 24.5-acre mixed-use development at U.S. 98 and Moll Drive. The project includes 256 apartment units, a resort-style pool integrated into a community lake and greenspace, an expansive dog park, and trails with pedestrian access to an existing public park. The commercial parcels along U.S. 98 will be featuring a 15,000-square-foot grocery store surrounded by boutique shops, entertainment venues, and restaurants.
