How CCA Floors Won the The Pierson SQ Project

The Pierson SQ, another prestigious property with flooring dating back 15 years, was in dire need of modernization. To address this, a board of ten decision-makers was formed to oversee the selection and award of a vendor for the project. Several dealers were invited to present their proposals and showcase their capabilities, including CCA Floors.

Strategic Engagement
From the outset, CCA Floors recognized the importance of understanding the board’s priorities and tailoring their approach accordingly. One of the five decision-makers became a key contact for CCA, allowing the team to gain valuable insights into the board’s expectations and concerns. Leveraging this relationship, CCA crafted a strategy that would set them apart from the competition. We partnered with Tarkett whos representative along with our project manager, had a relationship with the building management company.

Partnership with Tarkett: CCA brought in our Tarkett Rep to provide design support. By involving a trusted partner, CCA ensured the board had access to high-quality design expertise and innovative flooring solutions.

Comprehensive Project Scope: Beyond flooring, CCA proposed incorporating painting into the project. This holistic approach allowed Pierson to address multiple renovation needs in one streamlined effort.

Cost Savings through Coordination: By positioning CCA as the single point of contact, managing the entire project and minimizing the need for multiple trades, significant cost reductions were achievable. This proposal highlighted CCA’s ability to simplify project coordination and deliver a seamless experience.

Collaborative Presentation: Recognizing the importance of teamwork, CCA suggested presenting to the board as a unified team, including representatives from Tarkett, a trusted painting contractor, and CCA. This approach underscored the collaborative spirit and expertise of all parties involved.
