Project Strategy
This project merged HAVI’s suburban office and The Marketing Store’s (TMS) downtown office into one cohesive headquarters, occupying 100,000 RSF. The design embraced a "Workplace of the Future" approach with a 1:2 seat-to-headcount ratio, incorporating a variety of flexible spaces such as lounges, quiet zones for focused work, and tech-enabled remote meeting rooms. These spaces are designed to foster collaboration, flexibility, and employee well-being.
The flooring selection played a key role in ensuring the project was completed on time along with providing attributes to meet the design goal. The cushion back features of Milliken Tile and Tarkett Powerbond provided the sound reduction needed for this flexible space. Milliken’s inherent moisture solution provides peace of mind for design choices in this brand-new building. This solution allowed for a worry-free selection process while maintaining the high standards of the design. The result is a modern, dynamic workspace that supports HAVI and TMS's collaborative, forward-thinking culture
