Project Strategy
When developing a project strategy for helping a customer find a solution for kids' play area flooring inside a mall in Minnesota, it was important to consider factors such as safety, durability, aesthetics, and budget. St. Paul Linoleum worked closely with the end user to make sure all their needs were met. We needed to ensure safety and cleanability were at the top of the list, as well as, durability. We went through few options; carpet, poured floor, foam tiles, etc., but in the end the EcoMax Live and Play Rubber Floor Tiles met all the customer's needs and wants.
Single Source Interior Contractor Award Strategy
Negotiating projects directly with the end user, especially for turnkey solutions, it’s crucial to have a well-defined strategy. Starting with understanding the customer\'s needs; we have consultation meetings, gather requirements and get a clear definition of the scope and budget. From those initial steps we build trust a rapport with transparent communication and expertise, collaborative customer design process, product selection and delivery/installation planning. Delivery and installation entailed clear and direct communication from all parties involved as this mall open while the work was being completed. During installation the install crew and end users were in daily communication about needs and expectations which lead to an early completion. Our customer could not have been happier with the outcome, product and install. We have maintained a long-term relationship with this customer because of our team\'s hard work.
