Project Strategy
These started as a pilot program as Daycares for rural areas with building challenges and have grown from 8 to over 20 by summer this year.
This was a project funded by the government to facilitate daycare issues in remote areas and buildings to operate these in.
Unique Installation Challenge Strategy
Weather and locations in small villages create challenges to overcome.
The General Contractor had to come up with systems to build most of the building elsewhere in pieces and bring the pieces to the site to put together and speed up the building due to adverse locations and site conditions.
This then created tight time frames etc. for all subtrades to get finished and operating.
