Overcoming timeline challenges faced with other buildings, Browning Construction kept the project timely until completion, which brought immense satisfaction. The owner's visionary aspirations were skillfully translated into architectural design, with carpet and vinyl plank emerging as the key flooring elements.

Browning Day envisioned an environment seamlessly integrating comfortable classrooms, efficient offices, and collaborative meeting spaces for students and faculty. Motivating patterns and calming colors adorn the interior, creating a harmonious backdrop conducive to learning. The solid colors became this communal area's foundation and focal point, fostering a sense of unity and focus.
