Project Strategy
This project was a former IKEA space that was turned in to a Centre for helping people with all service/education etc. that have recently immigrated to Canada .This faculty helps introduce migrants into the Canadian culture while maintaining a safe place to blend their existing culture with our own. This is achieved through education classrooms where they can learn volunteer development, career development, and participate in an English language program. The facility also offers a daycare and youth programming, an theatre/entertainment space along with a commercial kitchen providing meals and catering/food service training.
Single Source Interior Contractor Award Strategy
The original Design firm was let go and we stepped in to fill a void and help on sections that met function /budget and timeline.
We made sure that not only budget was met but we chose Starnet products that were high quality and would last while maintaining a high level of design.
