Project Strategy
With growing needs in healthcare, the new addition and renovations allowed Pinckneyville Community Hospital to achieve their vision of providing convenient and equal access to quality healthcare for the local and surrounding community. The project consisted of a new 19,000 square foot Family Medical Center including 33 exam rooms, 3 procedure rooms, enlarged nurse stations and a grand new lobby with circle drive canopy. In addition, 4 inpatient rooms were added to the Acute Care wing along with renovations to the Hospital’s existing Emergency Department, as well as a small expansion to the Acute Care Rehabilitation Therapy area. The center also created a multipurpose space for community education and behavioral health programs. The expansions and modern renovations allow the hospital to provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for more patients and the local community. The various flooring products installed provided a fresh and updated look also allowing for ease of maintenance. Being a part of this project allowed us to work with more than 10 Starnet vendors and service providers throughout the duration. The project location was 2 hours away creating several types of challenges that we were able to anticipate and overcome allowing us to deliver a quality, on-time, and beautiful installation.
