Project Strategy
The Meriter PT project consisted of renovating a former full restaurant and bar into an outpatient Orthopedic and Physical Therapy clinic. The new clinic has seven treatment rooms, a full rehabilitation gym, and an Orthopedic rehab room. One of the unique challenges that the space presented was the building sits in a flood plain and had flooded in years past. This required upfront extensive remediation work as well as moisture mitigation.
