Project Strategy
The newly refurbished and expanded Armstrong Flooring Corporate Center is nestled away in the heart of Lancaster, PA situated in two buildings of about 59,000 SF combined. With the use of bright colors and a mix of patterns, across multiple Armstrong product lines, the layout flows from room to room and communal space to private. The refurbishment and expansion created the opportunity for Armstrong Flooring to refresh their idea of open workspace, private workspace and establish workshop areas throughout the buildings. All while showing off classic products, as well as new. The mix of patterns leads you from room to room, while the splash of contrast colors creates a warm and lively atmosphere. Stepping from glue down luxury vinyl plank, to lock and fold vinyl plank, then onto flash coved heat welded sheet vinyl showcases how unique Armstrong's product lines are, and how they can make any corporate environment stunning as well as functional.
Unique Installation Challenge Strategy
What is most unique about this is not only are you installing heavily patterned LVT planks in open areas, but also doing it under the supervision of the manufacturer themselves! It was our goal to make sure Armstrong had no idea how beautiful their flooring could look.
