Project Strategy
The project began with a few challenges in the spring with heavy rain fall and a tornado, causing roof and siding damage. Extra time was also required to cover the Indoor Pool Room before work could progress. Despite some difficulties along the way, the project was completed, and the result is a five-star design for this housing community that shines in comparison to other locations in the area. The Fitness and Therapy space especially is a big draw and a welcome sight for the public, providing a cool and relaxing environment for exercise and recovery.
