Richland School District’s Teaching Learning and Administration Center, known as TLAC is in the south eastern region of West Richland Washington State. The District relocated its offices to consolidate multiple administrative departments together in one building to better serve the students, staff, and growing community within the District. The building is both a one and two-story design totaling approximately 41,500 square feet with offices for six district departments, three classrooms and board meeting space. Each of the finish materials selected were both durable and economical to fit within the budget and to serve the District’s needs for years to come. Floor finishes included Mannington Color Anchor LVT 12x24 planks for their durability and design options for floor patterns, and Mannington 24x24 carpet tiles for their ease of installation ease of maintenance. These products and colors complement this space making it an ideal state of the art multi-use facility.
