JP Flooring is now the 34th largest flooring and tile company in the country. In 2019, JP began the task of redesigning our identity and showroom.
The theme for the renovation was to reduce and simplify. The objective was to make the customer experience more straightforward and fun. The result was clean and bold without losing any of the brand equity.
In the 20,000 s/f showroom, we created a quite, neutral environment that focuses on the product, provides additional design space, and eliminates busy vendor displays. Updates in lighting and furniture contribute to the theme.
The lobby features a large-scale JP logo composed of the industry's best flooring materials and represents JP in one sculptural element. A large reception desk provides plenty of counter space to check and return samples and the red welcome wall anchors the composition. a series of lighted graphics deliver the Selection-Service-Value sales proposition, underscoring JP's value to our customers. Custom wood floor displays feature larger samples allowing customers easier visualization of species and finishes. A series of three new design suites provide space for design professionals and their customers to work together.
JP's employees are our most important asset. Office messaging keeps the JP team focused and working together. "Be Awesome" is the theme and is introduced monumentally in the lunchroom but also as a signature to colorful wall graphics located throughout the office. We created JP TV to trumpet special events and employee recognition.
