In 2016, Mincey Marble—a wholesale producer of commercial cast marble products—was thinking big. The need to expand and update their production facility was pressing. The company applied for rezoning to add 11.5 acres to their campus. By the beginning of 2017, new long-term contracts and record-setting sales had Mincey Marble thinking even bigger. Five times bigger, to be exact. The new 350,000 square-foot facility was key to the company’s future prospects. The move had to happen fast—seamlessly, with no loss in production time. DCO Commercial Floors coordinated with the other project subcontractors to swiftly get Mincey Marble up and running in their 30,000-square-foot corporate office and design center by July 2019. Fields of Tarkett 2nd Power in Pasture green anchor the design of all three floors. Pops of Plexus Colour IV in Lime Zest and Gunpowder flow through the workspace and add visual interest. The pervasive gray-and-green color scheme looks sleek and modern. In the showroom, understated Tarkett Nugrain LVT in Steel allows Mincey Marble’s shower enclosures and panel systems to shine. Nugrain also outfits the break areas, restrooms, and employee gym in either Sterling or Steel. The result is a thriving corporate office with ample room to grow.
