The Vision: Revitalize Children’s Hospital of Orange County’s (CHOC) NICU Wing using vivid colors and imaginative designs that not only beautify the environment, but expand the commitment by the leader for children's health and well being to provide a space conducive to patient and family care.

The Construction: Work closely with Miles and Kelly Construction in an active, working hospital environment by installing over 30,000 SF of more than 40 SKU’s, all while navigating self leveling and waterproofing challenges and inlaying waterjet, intricate designs.
The Install: Universal Metro estimated, budgeted, procured, and installed all floor and wall products on the project: sheet vinyl with heat welding and self cove; ceramic, glass, and porcelain tile with epoxy grout; carpet and carpet tile finishes; rubber base cove; LVT; VCT; Ardex underlayments; and Ardex MC moisture mitigation systems
